West Coast Customer Account Representative

I have been employed with Bausman & company since 2001. Over the years I have had the pleasure of obtaining a variety of job positions within the company. I started with hands on experience in manufacturing and moved my way up to where I am currently: the West Coast Customer Service Representative. I handle all of the accounts west of the Mississippi. My responsibilities include receiving and checking all new purchase orders, making changes, and answering technical questions over the phone, as well as helping my customers with any information needed. I feel very fortunate to be part of the Customer Service team where I have made great friends.
